Question: Did i just find a poker chip in my odyssey putter's head cover?

I just received my brand new odyssey putter. It is a White Hot XG #7. I love it. But as i looked over the headcover i discovered something in a small pocket on it. It looked Just like a poker chip. I thought there was no way that it could be that so i thought it could be a ballmarker. But it just seems to big for a ballmarker. Does anyone know what this thing is and what it is for??? Thanks

I found a similar surprise with my new Odyssey Putter. Yes it is a poker chip and is intended to be used as a ball marker. I have found that I could find that thing in my pocket very easily. No more fumbling around in my pocket searching for a thin coin or plastic marker. My golfing buddies refer to it as a manhole cover though, it is rather large as ball markers go.

Yeah its suppose to be a ballmarker but they are way to thick to be used as that.

Yep That's right. Same thing happened to me. It's "supposed " to mark your ball but its too big

Yes you did- comes standard on everything but the Dual Force (and possibly the Crimson) Series.
